97th Avenue Adult Family Home, is a residential care facility licensed by the State of Washington to provide housing and care for up to six adult residents in a regular house located in a residential neighborhood. The home provides a community-based alternative to institutional care for clients who need assistance with activities of daily living, who have complex medical needs or require skilled nursing care on a continuous and daily basis.
Services provided include medication administration, assistance with bathing, dressing and grooming, meal preparation, laundry and housekeeping services. Health care services are provided such as chronic disease care management. Carefully curated selection of engaging activities promote social interaction, stimulate cognitive function, foster physical activity and cater to individual hobbies. Delicious and healthy meals are provided.
